Thank you for choosing the Tudor House for your private function.  Please fill out the two forms and return them to us as soon as possible.  We do not hold a booking without a deposit and the forms signed.

 

 

·                     Cost is $19.95 / person for the Tudor House Afternoon tea       OR                                 $24.95 for the Victoria Afternoon tea   (plus tax and 18% service charge).

 

·                    Minimum seating capacity is 12, maximum 35.  Price includes room rental, Afternoon tea, and a personal server.

                                         

·                    A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure the reservation.  Deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.

 

·                    Please confirm number of guests the day before the event.  This confirmed number less the deposit will be charged in full on the day of the event.

 

·                    The room is available to you for two hours.  Should you decide to stay longer,  we charge $15.00 / half hour.

 

·                    We would appreciate your assistance in making sure your guests arrive and leave on time.
